Prior to HydroWatch, many operators would hire third-party firms to provide 24/7 on-site personnel to monitor water levels, flow volumes, and pressures, and the coming and going of trucks to provide fresh water and take flow-back fluid away. This would cost companies many thousands of dollars a month.

TekSolv saw an opportunity to help companies save money and better monitor and manage their water use both into the ground and out.  TekSolv used industrial automation to design HydroWatch.

HydroWatch is a proven water management technology system that allows for quick deployment of critical water tracking hardware with integration into real-time management software. HydroWatch utilizes existing field hardware such as flow meters, level sensors, and other monitoring equipment permits for integration into existing infrastructures. It provides a system that visualizes processes, analyzes system data, automates functionality, and distributes real-time data to decision makers, operators, and supervisors. Hydrowatch is either utilized using a rental skid in which TekSolv services, or by designing and building a custom application to fit your needs.

HydroWatch 24/7 Monitoring

HydroWatch provides 24/7 management of your water systems, and 24/7 customer support if you have any questions about your system. HydroWatch comes with a local operator interface to communicate between work sites about water network conditions. The system also provides satellite communications to monitor your water networks.

Operators are able to use the real-time collected process data they receive for decision making as well as safety, regulatory compliance, and billing. They can elect to get any number of parameter alerts they want via any device they want. Operators are also able to access their HydroWatch data dashboard via a secure web portal. TekSolv uses system performance data to anticipate and fix any operating issues before a disruption occurs. Diagnostic data is also used to continue improving the HydroWatch system’s performance engineering.

Current HydroWatch clients are saving hundreds of thousands of dollars a year by automating their water management by installing HydroWatch at their locations.
